ASMSA Runners High 5K – Hot Springs
My Dad and I ran a 5K in Hot Springs on October 27th, 2007. As you can see below, I beat him at the finish!! I ran my personal best of 30:03 for the event. It was a little cold at race time, a cool 45 degrees!!
